heheheh...lama dah ponteng...boleh start ponteng sbb sakit belakang yang parah sampai yang ada panggil aku mak ketam...y coz jalan senget...they just don know how i suffer...ha bercerita pasal sakit pinggan ni, setelah menjadi mak ketam untuk beberapa hari, ada kawan ni juga yang bg tau ada pakcik pandai mengurut...mcm tak caya tapi berkesan...mantap...lepas dia urut terus boleh jalan straight balik and it only took me few days after the urut session for me to fully recover...tapi sampai skrg aku trauma sakit pinggan...the 1st time was in 2006, then 2009...no more please...apa pun tak boleh buat...tp masa tu ku gagahi jugalah p kijo...

hari ni nak start balik my gym classes...we have barbell, masala dancing, yogataal and margerita :) hmmm...nice...hope to do more...InsyaAllah....

musti semputnya hari ni...ahrhgrhrghrghr....gtg, nak siap2 p gym...bunyi mcm pro je ..tapi very very very amateur :)

p/s: sesapa nak tau pasal pakcik urut tu leave a msg n contact kalau nak nnt leh share :)
