Mee kerinting - non fried ( i like Cintan's mee it fits the original taste, 1 pack is for 2-3 normal person's portion)

ayam - bahagian tulang (untuk sup)
Sawi
Bawang putih
Bawang merah & Bawang Besar (merah)
Buah keras 3 biji
minyak masak
kunyit
kicap manis ( saya suka cap ABC)
garam
daun bawang, bawang goreng
Bunjut - sup
bakso (Indonesian meatballs) - i normally use Bakso from Figo

How to cook?
Sup
- tumis hirisan bawang, masukkan air dan rebus tulang-tulang ayam sampai lembut. Masukka n garam & serbuk perasa...(ala mcm buat clear sup biasa) . Then masukkan bakso and let it cook.
Ayam
- blend kan daging ayam a bit, jangan sampai lembik, the texture should be still kasar2 not bubur like texture.
- blend bawang putih, bawang merah, bawang besar sampai halus & buah keras
- panaskan minyak, tumiskan bawang2 sampai naik bau, then masukkan ayam yang di blend kasar
- biarkan sampai masak, keep steering..masukkan 1/4 sudu teh kunyit & kicap ABC (2-3 sudu besar) & garam and serbuk rasa (not too much because the kicap ABC has it's own nice taste)....biarkan masak sampai naik minyak & air ayam dah kering.
Mee & Sayur
- rebus mee - make sure masa rebus letakkan minyak dlm air rebusan spy mee tak melekat (just like when we are preparing spaghetti)
- obviously rebus the sayur & tos kan...
How to prepare the food
Basically, put the mee into a bowl, masukkan ayam yang dah dimasak, sayur yang dah di rebus & sup all together

this, its a bit hard to find here in KL, kami sll bw balik from Jkt, but i bet kat Kg Baru sure ada |
selamat mencuba...hope u guys like it :) it's simple and healthy juga lah (drpd makan mee instant, bak kata M) and the best thing anout it, kids love it ok...
note: bakso boleh ganti dengan wantan goreng or even begedil ..
